Fuzhou Tevick Automobile Fitting Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture, is located in Fujian of China. Founded in 1998. Specialized in producing more than one thousand different pistons for diesel engine, gasoline engine, motocycle, general machinery and aircompressors covering more than 40 different applications of the American, European, Japanese and Korean cars. all kinds of aluminum alloy pistons of engines. Now, we have 12 production lines and over 600 varieties in 60 series and our annual productive capacity is over 4.5 million pieces. Product technological types can be divided into alfin piston, oil gallery piston, special shaped pin-hole piston and pin-hole bushing piston, and other types. TVK set up standard and strict quality control system, operating under the standard of ISO/TS16949. Long term OEM supplying experience gives us strong background and ablitiy to ensure first-class quality. Our products to aftermarket are strictly controled so as to act as alternative of OEM parts either in appearance or size precision. Product surface treatment includes tinning, phosphating, graphite coating and anodizing.
